摘要(Abstract)：

从长时段和国际视域分析，新中国突破旧中国长久陷入徘徊的历史发展趋势、发展起点低的现实困境、作为工业化后发国家在国际上受弱势窘境困扰而使发展空间被锁定等约束，实现现代化的历史性突破和跨越，创造人类文明新形态，关键缘于中国共产党领导人民围绕两大主题和基于战略支点推进和拓展中国式现代化。中国式现代化不仅有工业革命下促进农业文明向工业文明演进的世界现代化共性的结构转换这一主题，还拓展形成坚持以人民为中心创造人类文明新形态的新主题，这是中国式现代化推进和拓展的两大主题。做好发展战略性先导产业、攻克重大科技、建设重大基础设施等是中国式现代化推进和拓展的战略支点。促进农业文明向工业文明演进、创造人类文明新形态、做好战略支点有机统一和相互促进，这是中国式现代化推进和拓展的显著特征。
